Job Description and Requirements

Position : Sales Manager – Unitary 
Bachelor degree in business and/or Mechanical Engineering. Higher qualification an advantage
Minimum of 5 years' experience on B2B sales, preferably to Gulf region, in HVAC
Demonstrated ability to influence the market. 
Excellent oral and written communication skills 
Well versed in Microsoft Office 
Achieve sales by growing and developing the Unitary Sales channel, identifying prospects, signing new accounts, creating quotas and mutual win-win commitments.
Capable of communicating with the suppliers and manufacturers in respect of selecting the models,ordering,stock control and pricing .
Consistently manage multiple projects and tasks.
Controlling and monitoring the activities of the sales executives of the units in different territories.
Place and implement the sales policy for the dealers.
Handling all correspondences with ESMA to ensure getting the approvals on time and maintain good contacts with them.
