KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - HOSPITALITY

Job Description and Requirements

Job Summary:
Grow sales of premium hospitality brands to key account clients in the GCC market and develop brand identity as per company and business profile. The focus will primarily be with procurement companies and hotel regional offices.

Nationality: Any - Indian/ European Preferred
Applicants Required from UAE with DL

Essential Functions:

  • Provide account management to existing accounts while identifying client needs for additional products
  • Utilise analytical research tools and resources to more effectively target your prospects
  • Employ product knowledge and ROI to educate and sell
  • Demonstrate mastery of sales skills by generating interest and cultivating business relationships
  • Call upon and engage prospective properties while promoting the value of the brand and increasing sales
  • Present samples, fliers, or catalogs and emphasise marketable features of products
  • Quote prices, convey credit terms, and prepare sales contracts
  • Coordinate with admin team to investigate and resolve customer issues; follow-up on deliveries and back-ordered items
  • Work with accounts team to ensure that customers pay invoices within agreed upon terms
  • Submit sales reports in a timely manner

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5 years sales experience, ideally within the hospitality/beverage sector with proven record of sales success and history of sales accomplishments
  • Stellar business ethics
  • Professional demeanor, vibrant personality, and the ability to instill trust in prospects and customers
  • Goal-oriented and driven self-starter who can work independently and within a team environment that strive to be the best
  • Ability to sustain a self-motivated, consistent high level of focus and enthusiasm on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service skills
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly in-person and via the telephone
  • Computer literacy including familiarity in handling and maintaining a customer database and skills that include Microsoft Office and Internet navigation
  • Proficiency in writing effective correspondence
  • Capacity to convey ideas effectively and sell a variety of products
  • Aptitude for processing information and incorporating feedback for interactive business conversation
  • Strong closing skills
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory

Total Package : AED 17-19000 monthly all inclusive (negotiable dependent on experience)
Plus usual : Salik + Fuel
Commission structure - applicable on sales performance against budget after probationary period completion.
Blackberry and laptop to be provided
30 days holiday per year
Flight allowance and medical insurance provided as per UAE Labour Law
