Job Description and Requirements
Job Description:
  1. Review, amend and draft job description and qualifications required for the staff of the group human resources department
  2. Formulate HR Plans, Policies &procedures according to organizational objectives. Client Planning & Recruitment management .
  3. Organize meetings with Management, plan for Client as per requirements. For IRAQ/UAE/INDIA
  4. Developed the recruitment and selection process to include: Appointment /Confirmation / Termination / Resignation /PROCEDURES/PROCESS
  5. Liaise with Line Managers regarding vacancies which arise, providing CVs for shortlisting, arranging & conducting interviews in coordination with line managers
  6. Manage Entire Recruitment of Oil & Gas upstream & downstream sectors.
