Job Description and Requirements

Experience: Min 2-5yrs B2B & B2C Industry preferred (when other than competition) : Credit Card/ Insurance, Hygiene related, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial tools, Preference is given to similar industry.
Preferred Age: 20-35 years Female/Male
Skills: Selling / Presentations/Independently conduct demonstrations (willingness if no prior experience), having active client list at least 50 clients.
Others: A distinct advantage - Multilingual, GCC or UAE Experience
Following is must to be considered for the position: Transferable / Visit Visa, UAE Driving License/ Fluent in English working knowledge of Arabic preferable
Job description

  • Territory and time management for the assigned customers/area
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Cold calling/ planning to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Overcoming any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions ideas
  • Assist in creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is at times dictated by the prospective customer
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and assist in providing customers with quotations on time. Pitching with the right price, not always giving the lowest quote.
  • Liaising with sales coordinator to check the progress & monitor existing/pending orders
  • Ensure outstanding collections are made on time with an aim at achieving zero bad debts for assigned customers
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Feeding current/future trends back to the division/sales manager
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Should be having good relationship with the decision makers of the clients to crack a deal immediately.
  • Should be proactive, having spark to do well.
