FM SUPERVISOR

Job Description and Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical
· Minimum 1- 2 years of experience preferably in Gulf region
· Good knowledge in Facilities Management. 
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Well versed in MS Office 

Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

  • Knowledge and experience of providing technical services and non-technical services (Soft services and security services) to a broad range of Customers.
  • Able to demonstrate skills and knowledge in installation and servicing MEP assets and mechanical equipment, interpreting HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Client and Electronics system, and replacing faulty operational and safety control systems and spare parts. Cleaning standards and Security operations, CCTV, Gate barriers, Fire alarm systems
  • A track record of successfully managing a contract/package with multiple services.
  • Likely to have technical experience in Facilities Management.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
  • Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently.
  • Ability to read and edit Engineering Drawings and manuals
  • Good Communication, negotiation & computer skills
  • Good command on MS Office, AutoCad, CAFM/CMMS/Access/MSP based planning
  • Experience in the Facility Management Industry especially in high rise buildings, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, community villas etc
  • UAE driving license preferable
  • A Minimum Diploma engineering qualification
  • Excellent Team working capabilities
  • Good people and customer managing skills
  • Maintains positive guests and colleagues interactions and good working relationships.
  • Good communication skill for able to customer understanding.
