Job Description and Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

3- 4 years experience as Receptionist in any Industry
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Implement and maintain office systems
  • Support internal and external events
  • Handle incoming mail, courier and other material and maintain records
