Job description / Role

As the PMO Manager, you will manage regional and local projects throughout the project lifecycle from start up through post implementation; including scoping, planning, executing and reporting of projects.

Description

* Measure and monitor progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.
* Manage project communications to the sponsor and stakeholders, ensuring that all are informed of project plans, change management and status.
* Develop, implement and maintain project documentation including project plans, stakeholder mapping, risk management, change management, status reports.
* Support the business when necessary on activities including project management training, coaching, sharing best practice and standardisation across the business.
* Work cross-functionally and represent executive management at business meetings internally and externally

Requirements

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
* Must have experience within a consumer-focused industry
* Must have at least 6 years handling multiple, cross-functional project simultaneously within a complex organisation
* Knowledge of best practice in supply chain and manufacturing
* Experience of managing projects related to e-commerce within a consumer market
* Experience of building detailed project plans and dashboards, with extensive reporting to senior management
* Must have impeccable attention to detail and strong, proven ability to work independently
