Agile Solution Owner for UAE

Job Description and Requirements

 

VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.

 

VAM Systems is currently looking for Agile Solution Owner for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

 

Skills and experience required:

 

Essential:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

  • Total 8+ years of experience

  • Relevant similar experience

  • Strong understanding of new technology and processes landscape

  • Ability to influence decisions through conviction and promotion

  • Strong leadership with a proven ability to communicate to senior executives while leading projects on the field

  • Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills

 

Desirable:

  • At least two years of similar experience

  • Kanban or Scrum experience

  • Project management skills deploying IT solutions implementations

  • True team player who can break the silos with tact and diplomacy

  • Understanding of regulatory challenges, including compliance, data privacy and residency

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Gather and challenge requirements from Product Owners.

  • Create Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and managed User stories.

  • Lead daily stand-up meetings

  • Lead user stories delivery in budget, time and quality

  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholders’ workshops with technical teams to gather and analyze requirements

  • Develop crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications

  • Collaborate with management and external stakeholders to identify and implement changes to systems and processes to increase efficiency

  • Conduct meticulous GAP analysis while successfully reengineering key business processes to increase operational efficiency and alignment of business unit objectives

  • Provide comprehensive support to all end users and stakeholders through training and documentation

  • Prepare extensive cost - benefit analysis to support system and process changes

  • Ability to work with functional teams in an agile environment (Kanban, Scrum)

  • Goal oriented and ability to work under pressure

  • Established excellent meeting, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Sound knowledge of financial services

  • Established data processing & analysis experiences

  • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis

  • Excellent spoken English abilities and high level of convincing powers

  • Assist or play a lead role in many of the product discovery activities

  • Assist in opportunity assessments

 

Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)

 

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in UAE.
