CRM Automation (Online Manager) - Ecommerce

Job Description and Requirements

You will have to be knowledgeable and worked on the following areas:

 Strategizing and execution of Customer Life Cycle journey & trigger led automated campaigns.

  • Driving the Automated Campaigns’ Performance
  • End to end ownership of Onsite Notifications
  • Transactional setup and optimization
  • NPS and product reviews
  • Funnel optimization
  • Customer segmentation & personalization
  • KPIs: Funnel Performance (Reactivation Rate, Activation Rate, Repeat Rate)
  • CRM through paid channels
  • Web and CRM personalization


Subject but not limited to:

  • 5 years of experience in Consumer Lifecycle Marketing, with strong understanding of Consumer Lifecycle Marketing concepts
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
  • Designed and executed marketing or consumer facing programs with a focus on consumer retention
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders across product, engineering, operations, finance, and marketing teams to deliver integrated, consumer-facing solutions
  • Storytelling - to illuminate a vision, opportunity, business case, and/or business output
  • Developed business insights through dashboards and via spreadsheet models
  • Strong analytical skills, data and executive-level insights.
  • Extract/analyse data and execute programs
  • Experience driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
