ARCHITECT - PRESENTATION

Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose:
To prepare drawing, visuals, models for projects, as well as reports and power point presentation for internal & external use.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. To manage the concept drawings and visuals which can help the investors to assess the feasibility of any projects.
  2. To collect and organize project data, drawings, or other information, in order to provide useful presentations in various media forms for corporate purposes.
  3. To ensure preparation of building visual extensions, animations, or 3D walk through graphics presentations, etc.
  4. To liaise with other parties involved with project in order to supervise their work on required reports and presentation.


Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Diploma in architecture, with qualification in visuals creation or models building
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good at interpreting the drawings into models, and converting data to presentations
  • Good at software's related to model building and presentations
  • Eye for media opportunities and its applications
  • Presentation skills will be an essential requirement:

i.Good at architectural design & drawing understanding & coordination
ii.Good ability to understand engineering & technical requirements
iii.Visualization and conceptualization projects
iv.Quick grasp of peculiarities and an eye for details
v.Good at CAD and possibly other presentation software
vi.Presentation skills
vii.Should be able to verify and evaluate the work
viii.Good communication skills and ability to put forth the idea properly to diverse teams
