BRAND MANAGER

Job Description and Requirements

Principal responsibilities would include
 

  • Ensure TDE is followed for the brand
  • By following TDE, ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Define, maintain and execute brand culture
  • Responsible to ensure all brand strategies are effective
  • Development, strategic planning and execution of brand objectives
  • Product development
  • Market launch planning
  • Brand management
  • Product life-cycle management and maintenance
  • Forecasting and marketing financial analysis
  • Product expertise and training
  • Market research and insight development



Key roles

The focus of the Brand Manager's job is to ensure TDE maintenance, supreme customer satisfaction, improve the brand performanceand , ensure business growth and enhance brand profitability.

The Brand Manager holds full responsibility for the success of assigned brands through strategy planning, market analysis and leadership among cross-functional teams. Creates and maintains brand performance by identifying and evaluating global market trends, acting upon opportunities within product and procedure improvements and maintaining an understanding of the competitive environment for the assigned brands.

He is responsible for both strategic and tactical plans for brand and product marketing representing product line and procedure expertise as well as incorporating the voice of customer into product development and branding decisions over the life-cycle of a product. 

Qualifications

University degree majoring in Hospitality Management or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Must possess thorough knowledge of accounting principles, HR practices, computer skills and be telecom conversant.


Experience

Minimum seven years. 
It is necessary that he/she have had experience in setting up and opening up new restaurants. It is also preferred that the candidate has moved onto a restaurant chain company
