POST-SALES EXECUTIVE (SECURITY/STORAGE SYSTEMS AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT)

Job Description and Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Develop a database of leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, email, and networking
  • Negotiate sales with prospective clients
  • Develop a business plan for the allocated area of responsibility in conjunction with the Sales Manager, which details the activities that the incumbent will perform in order to meet or exceed the agreed sales targets
  • Maximize all opportunities to increase sales and the company's market share
  • Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
  • Work within the marketing and support teams for the achievement of service goals, customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities and rendering such reports as may be required from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Have relevant experience in sales of Security/Storage systems and office equipment for at least 3-4 years
  • Male, below 35 years of age
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Fluency in English & proficient in MS Office
