Job Description and Requirements

Document Controller

1 Job Purpose

Controlling Inward and Outward documents of the Dept. and creating proper filing system, scanning of documents of the entire Dept. for immediate tracking as and when required.

2 Principal Accountabilities

1) To prepare the correspondences for Customs, Ports & any other Govt. Departments and follow-up for such matters related to specific tasks assigned by Trade Finance Services Manager from time to time.

2) Controlling the Inward and Outward documents & correspondence of the entire dept. by giving reference No., posting in the Computer and scanning of all documents.

3) To ensure to have proper filing system in place of the documents (hard copies) of the entire Dept. by arranging in a system manner.

4) To distribute mails and faxes to the concerned in the Dept. received from the various Business Units, Banks, Customs, Govt. Depts. or any other outside/external parties.

5) Follow-up on the notes of Trade Finance Services Manager given against some reports & to update the status of these notes to Trade Finance Service Manager time to time.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree from the recognized University.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Administration.
