GENERAL MANAGER - Real Estate

Job Description and Requirements
  1. JOB PURPOSE

Effectively supports and assists in the management of commercial real estate in accordance with the Management Agreements. 
Develop and implement all general manager functions and activities including marketing research & planning, to achieve future marketing growth for the company and maximizing the company's profits while ensuring the customers satisfaction.

  1. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in business management or economics with minimum 10 years relevant experience in a similar post in a small to medium real estate company
Professional designation 
RERA certification is mandatory and business awareness to U.A.E market.

  1. KEY RESULTS ACCOUNT ABILITIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Develop the business with clients 
Assess and Analyze the customer prospective based on their feedback about the company business practice
Ensure the positive customer experience & excellent customer support function
Ensure handling the customer suggestions and complains in right manner through different communication channels;
Increase profit & company revenue 
Manage and ensure submission of the yearly business objectives
Provide the recommendation and solution to the management of the service unites regarding to the new or additional services, which help to increase the company revenue and business development 
Company development strategy 
Establish a development strategy to meet the actions plans for various elements of cross functional activities
Develop and enhance the existing customers and provide recommendation to cover the need of expansion of the company business 
Evaluate the financial aspects of development, such as budget, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections

Re-organization of the company 
Ensure establishing the Benchmark of customer service, provide the road map to reach and maintain it
Marketing strategy and operations 
Identify, develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
Communication strategy 
Establish communication standard strategy to meet the business requirements 
Develop communication channels to forward and escalate any complaints and follow it to finalize any problems
Budget establishments 
Formulate value additional to product development based on return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Monitors assigned activities components for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate and expenses are within budget limits.
Overall management of the company
Initiate pproperty Management Plan, preventative maintenance policies, procedures and property operations manual.
Prepare monthly reports showing achievements of work progress including method of managing, supervising the entire company and difficulties faced and any recommendation for the improvement and development of work and refer it to the Managing director. 
Perfume any other tasks relating to work as per instructions.

Excellent command in English and Arabic is highly desirable

Ability to provide a strategic plan with focuses on results
Ability to provide outstanding customer service, solutions & rectify critical problems
