AREA SALES MANAGER

Job Description and Requirements
. JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for achieving set sales targets by promoting, selling & securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1.  
Strategize and drive revenue and volume growth with a keen eye on expansion of commercial footprint within geography.

Works to develop profitable relationships with customers whose needs fit the production capabilities.

Advises customers in planning job by offering creative ideas, as well as, production suggestions that will save the customer time and expense.

Negotiates deal points and contract issues with all involved parties to achieve optimal results.

Assists the management in taking the appropriate decisions regarding the forthcoming products and special promotions.

Coordinates and facilitates sales plans including client visits, product roll-outs, marketing initiatives and other promotional activities.

Establish and manage annual sales and expense budgets in close cooperation with the GM.

Stays abreast of industry trends and competitive products in order to identify and target sales opportunities.

Develops reports that provide revenue projection, product penetration rates and sales forecasts for senior management
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualification
  • Bachelors in Business or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum 5 year experience in similar role within Packaging/Printing Industry

Knowledge/Skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of knowledge about all aspects of the flexible packaging solutions (Laminates).
  • Proven success in sales - lead, generation, acquisitions & relationship Management Very good written and verbal communication skills.

  • A Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving licence is a must.
