MOBILE TECHNICIAN

Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose:
Troubleshooting Effectively and Repairing & maintenance of hand Held products (Mobile & Camera)

Principal Accountabilities:
Maintaining & repair customer's products, with safety precaution & to ensure the product is running satisfactory.
Updating the parts requirement for the products under repair in system, so as to track the parts requirement by the Parts Coordinator.
Report and highlight abnormal failures to improve feedback to Suppliers, as to monitor epidemic failure.
Ensure providing Customer Education during installation and to ensure that customer product is matching with the installation location for correct performance of the products; to avoid customer issue and poor performance from the product.
Perform his duties effectively to avoid Repeat Repair and to complete the task within the shortest possible time as possible as to increase the overall performance of the Outlet and to avoid re-work.
Ensure monthly Productivity target is achieved to have less customer pending calls.

Minimum Requirement:
Diploma in Electronics
2 years experience in HHP (Hand held Products) for repair, software up gradation, IMEI writing.
Computer knowledge
Excellent competency in both oral and written communication especially in customer support product training program delivery.
Ability to read and interpret customer support documents, product warranty documents, media materials and contracts or related product documents.
Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines in challenging settings.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with flexibility in order to achieve both personal and team goals and complete assignments within established timeframes.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources according to a detailed plan.
