SALES EXECUTIVE - Component Sales

Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose:
The job holder is accountable for the outdoor component sales to meet the customer's requirements effectively and professionally for good results.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. The job holder meets the customers, analyzes the requirements, makes estimation and submits quotations to the customers according to their requirements.
  2. Suggests the appropriate spare parts as per the customer requirements.
  3. Follows up with the customers once an offer is made.
  4. Once the order is confirmed, follows up for the payment and arrange for the procurement of the parts if not available in stock.
  5. Once the material arrives, job holder intimates the customer regarding the same and coordinates for the delivery of the product.
  6. Forecast for changes in the market and suggest the measures to be taken.
  7. Meet maximum number of customers to sell our products.
  8. Recommend credit facilities to potential good customers.


Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's/University degree in any discipline.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience comprehensively as a Sales executive preferably in Electrical Switchgear division.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic would be an advantage).
  • Team player, efficient, reliable, persuasive, interpersonal skills. Good negotiation skills with pleasant personality and good listening skills.
  • Meticulous handling of critical situations.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Computer knowledge and well-versed in MS package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience working on Oracle Software would be an added advantage.
