Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose:
To manage, coordinate with managerial staff, work with teams, plan, support the business/organization in several ways, which may include scheduling, bookkeeping, communications, data entry, secretarial services and assisting other professionals, among numerous other duties.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Coordinates with administrative staff of various departments.
  2. Handles the distribution of correspondence and customary clerical tasks.
  3. Arranges, organizes and coordinates meeting.
  4. Handles internal or external correspondence and communication.
  5. Prepares purchase requisition & monitors the delivery of the purchased items.
  6. Prepares reports ( Sales, Inventory, purchase, ISO, etc.).
  7. Follows up with Service Department to handle all customer warranty complaints.
  8. Files claims with supplier for short receipt and defective parts.
  9. Coordinates with international/local suppliers for all business related tasks.
  10. Any other related tasks as required by the department manager.

Minimum Requirement:

  • BA in Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Sales Coordinator/Secretary in similar industry
  • Recommended to be experienced in HVAC
  • Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Detail Oriented and Accuracy
  • Have strong organizational skills, Prioritize tasks.
