ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY

Job Description and Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your key objectives will include:

  • Organizing office events and activities.
  • Letter drafting and correspondents.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Managing all materials/office supplies, making sure that there were enough stock in the office.
  • Answering all phone calls and taking down messages directing it to the concerned person.
  • Greets visitors enthusiastically.
  • Manage membership and subscription trade license, staff's labor and visa renewal, and car and bike registrations.
  • Maintains diary and schedule meetings and appointments for the General Manager.
  • Project coordination.
  • Proper document filing.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with 2 years relevant experience in the same position within U.A.E. Candidate must be self-motivated, professional and flexible and can provide both clerical and administrative support.
