FLEET SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose:
To identify fleet sales opportunities within the UAE market and promote the company's products and achieving 100% satisfaction level. To visit prospective clients and identify their needs and requirements with the objective of supplying the range of company's products and services.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. To achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  2. To build lasting long term relationship with corporate clients in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
  3. Through detailed market analysis and client research develop a structured client profile prospecting plan.
  4. Plan regular visits to both new and existing clients. Contact reports to be viewed by the Fleet Sales Manager.
  5. Offer and engage in vehicle demonstrations with existing and prospective clients.
  6. Have a complete understanding of all product specifications, prices, discount structures and product availability.
  7. Follow all sales, administration, delivery and financial accounting policies and procedures, as per company policy.
  8. Understand clearly that, which our competitors are doing in respect of pricing, competitive offers and product launches according to the market.
  9. Provide assistance to clients in respect of after sales issues or concerns.
  10. Responsible for the delivery of vehicles in line with company policy and procedures.
  11. Ensure that all new vehicle delivery procedures are followed.


Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing
  • 2-3 years experience in the same field
  • Level and type of behavioural and functional competencies required
  • Excellent communication skills, self motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, customer oriented, clear focus on high and business profit
  • Good in English and Arabic
