ACCOUNTANT

Job Description and Requirements
Job Purpose: 
Prepare and collect accounting related documentation and transaction according to corporate finance financial control & policies, procedures in Business Unit.
Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Collecting and reviewing the supporting documentation and preparing the transaction in relation to accounts that is in compliance with corporate finance guidelines.
  2. Prepare and arrange the financial data for the preparation of the Financial Statement.
  3. Prepare the finance documents in relation to initiating the accounting processin accordance to corporate finance rules.
  4. Carries on system related responsibilities such as accounts receivable settlement, and to update the accounts to ensure it is in compliance to corporate finance procedures and controls.
  5. Provide continuous feedback on risky matters and weaknesses noted in the BU process to ensure timely reporting.
  6. Assist in carrying on special assignements relating to finance in accordance to finance higher management directives.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 1-2 years experience in Accounting position
  • Computer knowledge in MS Office
  • Possess good character
  • Knows English (reading and writing)
