HR MANAGER

Job Description and Requirements

HR MANAGER

  • Ensure full HR support is extended to the SBU/BU and to the Corporate Head Office Human Capital Division with implementation of policy-related matters.
  • Ensure operational implementation of Corporate HC Policies as aligned to HC Policy Manual for the Company.
  • Responsible for recruiting vacant positions at each SBU/BU, up to Grade 13, (within the Corporate Grading Structure) as aligned to annual endorsed budgeted Client Plans.
  • Support Corporate Human Capital Division in implementing Learning & Development policies as well as ensuring training programmes are delivered.
  • Coordinate with Group Administration for administration of Visas, Medical Insurance, Housing & Security Related matters.
  • Review and update Bus local policies in line with Corporate HC Policies and communicate final outcome with the Corporate HC Division.
  • Manage overseas recruitment campaigns as aligned/assigned with/by Corporate Human Capital's Recruitment Strategy.
  • Manage terminations and related operational matters as aligned with both UAE Federal Labour law and per Group policies.
  • Ensure the midyear reviews & annual performance appraisal cycle is managed.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an HR-related field
  • Mandatory experience in MS Office
  • Mandatory experience/hands on experience (Recruitment & Selection, Comp & Benefits Administration, Performance Appraisal Management, Communication Processes, Remuneration Structures)
  • Well versed with UAE Law
  • The candidate should have relevant experience in diverse contracting & commercial business (Automobile, FMCG, Trading, etc.)
  • Nationality: Arabs only
  • More than 7 years of relevant experience
