BRANCH SALES MANAGER

Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose:
The Job holder is accountable to control & manage the whole sales & customer service activities at given territory with responsibilities of the given target, customer satisfaction & outlet upkeep.

Principal Accountabilities:
1) Develop Business and action plans for branch to achieve company's targets and maximize return.
2) Lead, supervise, coach, train and motivate sales staff to meet and achieve the company's standards and objectives.
3) Oversees daily sales operations and activities of Branch (sales, customer service, secretary and logistics) to ensure smooth sales outcome.
4) Control and follow up on daily, weekly reports such as test drives, demo cars, marketing reports and sales activities development to be reported to head office.
5) Control all documentation, location stock, display, financial transactions aspects in the branch to ensure operations as per policies and procedures.
6) Ensure the company's and group policies, regulations, procedures and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the team to be aligned with vision, mission and value
7) Communicate with other internal dept. such as (finance, legal, HR, workshop, stores and etc.) to facilitate daily operations.
8) Handling customers complaints with relevant parties as per standards to meet company's mission and values
9) Ensure compliance of sales process standards and Developing fleet team sales skills through training and coaching to contribute company's objectives

Minimum Requirement
University degree in business or relevant majors
8 years in similar position
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Microsoft applications literate and Automotive applications
