Job Description and Requirements

Experience and Qualification:

  1. At least 5-10 years related experience, where 5 years acquired from UAE
  2. Can fluently speak English
  3. Graduate of Civil Engineer
  4. Indian/Filipino Nationality

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing cost estimates from preliminary stage to tender stage.
  2. Preparing quantity take-off and bills of quantities (BOQ) in coordination with the architect, structural engineer, MEB engineers and with the Client if required.
  3. Performing value engineering and cost control.
  4. Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
  5. Preparing tender documents.
  6. Attending and replying on tender queries/correspondence.
  7. Performing tender analysis and report/recommendation.
  8. Preparing contract documents.
  9. Providing advice, assistance and negotiations on contractual claims/variations.
  10. Valuing completed work at site and certifying payments until final account.
  11. Maintaining awareness of the different contracts use.
  12. Any other related work which will be assigned by the line manager.
  13. Proper checking of project drainage and related documents.
