Job Description and Requirements
Experience and Qualification:
  • At least 10 years related experience in Sales, preferably in Engineering/Contracting Industries, where 5 years' experience acquired in UAE
  • Can fluently speak both Arabic and English
  • Engineering or Architecture Graduate
  • Has good knowledge of Building/Engineering/Architectural Market

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships.
2. Seek customers in company target markets through research and direct contact with potential customers.
3. Generate project/business opportunities and request for proposals (RFPs) through customer contacts in order to meet company's business plans and growth strategies.
4. Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through "Closing the Deal activities.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with Major Equipment Vendors and Process Technology Providers.
6. Collaborate with company management to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development.
7. Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
8. Lead the development and preparation of RFP's, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
9. Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with company's standards and correct in content and format.
10. Solicit customer feedback through project proposal and execution phases.
11. Maintain customer/potential customer contact lists.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
13. Knowledgeable to study the market and able to determine the competitiveness and value of the business.
