Job Description and Requirements

The Sales Manager directs and manages marketing strategy and Sales policy of the company. Contribute to the growth of the company by acquiring more customers, maintaining existing customer, leadership against competitors, close contact and relationship with existing account/customers and offering Techno-Commercial services, monitors and controls credit policy and achieves customer account profitability. He is also responsible for the performance of his team helping them use their full potential. 


  1. Prepare and implement Marketing Strategy and Sales Policy of the company and achieving the set Targets in tandem with the Sales team as well as cooperation and coordination with other Department.
  2. Market Research and Developing New Markets.
  3. Finding and developing new customers, thorough study in their requirements and proposing solutions.
  4. Maintaining old and existing customer as well as increase the market share.
  5. Developing new products and applications and promoting the Brand image.
  6. Finding out the needs and wants of end users and working towards tailor-made solution.
  7. Monitor competitor's activities - competitors of the region / GCC / Export markets
  8. Offering Techno-Commercial services directly to customers with the help of technical / quality team.
  9. Prepare and market the best possible Product mix suitable to the company's interest.
  10. Devise strategy to manage the account and setting objectives about the account management for all key accounts executives.
  11. Ensure to achieve account profitability at all time for all accounts.
  12. Secure payments and improve the Cash Flow.
  13. Informs the Management of Market Solution, discuss and find solution, as well as present the Market information to the Managing Director.
  14. Develop close contact relationship with the customer for the benefit of the company.
  15. Propose and achieve sales budget every year: - sales, advertisement, fairs, direct visits and others.
  16. Directing the sales staff to achieve the set target and goals of the company.
  17. Coach and develop an effective Sales team
  18. Investigate the propose solution for customer complaints.
  19. Achieve smooth Work Flow of Sales department: Contact customers, Quotations, Review Orders, Release Order Confirmation, Guide Production Plans, Customer complaints, resolution of complaints, Guide Delivery of Materials and Follow up on Collections.
  20. Monitor and analyze pre and post production cost
  21. Achieve and work for Quality Policy decided by the Management.


  • Must be a college Graduate, preferably in the field of Business Management, Behavioral Science or any other related courses.
  • At least 7 years extensive experience in Sales & Marketing in manufacturing, preferably in corrugated box production
  • Excellent track record of achievements in various aspects of sales and marketing with solid business acumen
  • Capacity to analyze and understand the external environment especially industry, economic, competition and customers.
  • Ability to hire, develop and motivate his team for high productivity and performance with effective leadership and management
  • Effective inter-personal relationship skills with ability to have excellent inter-departmental cooperation and coordination
  • Adaptability to the changing and challenging business environment and willingness to accept and implement new ideas
