Job Description and Requirements
Job Purpose:

Manage sales team and promote sales of company's products, special products and provide engineering/technical support including supervising chemist, collating lab reports and interpretation of results.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Develop volume, profit, sales plans and allocate targets to team members and direct them with progress reports on objectives achieved on a regular basis. Assist and motivate sales team to exceed set targets.
  2. Visit and advise customers along with sales personnel as and when necessary for product recommendation, technical services and other support services deemed fit.
  3. Monitor performance of chemist to ensure tests are carried out on time laboratory.
  4. Ensure TAR objectives are met by the team and monitor administration records required for effective management of the designed territory.
  5. Continually use comapany's promotional material, technical training, collateral material and presentations from the company to customers as well as sales personnel.
  6. Maintain a watchful eye on competitors marketing and technical activities and recommend strategies to overcome competition.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Qualification: Mechanical or Chemical Engineer
  • Technical Knowledge of lubricants is essential.
  • Nationality: Preferably European, other nationalities will be considered based on niche skill set.
