Job Description and Requirements

Job Description:

  • Evaluate SME loan / facilities application
  • Maintain highest quality of pre-screening with least error rates.
  • Highlight frauds, if any, identified in the sourcing channel.
  • Service level, evaluation and CPV turn-around time to be met.
  • All queries and issues to be resolved and responded to on timely basis and provide a daily productivity report to Sr. Associate / Associate on a regular basis.
  • Highlight all issues/complaints to Associate / Sr. Associate relating to the loan applications and processes.
  • Maximum level of accuracy in evaluation of SME Loan Processing to be maintained.
  • Evaluation of distributed cases to be met as per the given guidelines.
  • Carry out system checks, evaluate financial statements & raise the cases for credit visits within the turn-around agreed with business.
  • Conduct CPV where applicable.
  • Undertake credit underwriting within the policy guidelines of the Bank

Education qualification : Graduate in any discipline and good understanding of SME business in UAE would be desirable
