BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - STRATEGY DIVISION

Job Description and Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years in Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development roles.
  • Gather data required for conducting Pre-Assessment & Validation of Business opportunities that contribute to the Growth Strategy.
  • Conduct primary research Studies to understand market dynamics, to aid new business development & to Client growth opportunities.
  • Conduct Market Analysis, Feasibility Studies & Risk Analysis of Business Opportunities to aid data-informed Decision Making Process.
  • Assist in designing & Developing of Business Analytic Cases that conduct continuous iterative exploration & investigation of past business performance to gain insight and help drive Strategic Planning Process.
  • Analyze & Build Business Cases on M & A Opportunity that provide initial business recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Gather data related to Financial Analysis, Strategic Business Analysis and Detailed Industry Research.
  • Specialist in business opportunity assessment and feasibility studies & financial modeling.
  • BA or BSC in Management, MBA/MSC is a plus
  • Nationality: Arabs preferred.
