PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description and Requirements
  • Manage under the directives of the CEO, the projects being developed by the company.
  • Be responsible for project management to ensure projects are completed on time, are within budget, are of high quality, and company's expectations.
  • Maintain project document files, including meeting notes, financial information, correspondence and project schedule.
  • Maintain communication with the project team, the external consultants/contractors, management across the group and the CEO.
  • Review and negotiate all fee proposals and agreements received from various consultants/contractors.
  • Manage and oversee work of project team and provide direction and organization.
  • Maintain budget/time spreadsheets for projects.
  • Manage project files and documentation.
  • Serve as a Quality Assurance designee on all projects.
  • Review production drawings and specifications.
  • Plan, coordinate and administer projects from the initial programming stages through project closeout.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience as an architect & must have at least 5 years in project management.
  • Must have project experience in mixed-use developments.
  • Must have experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up and CADD.
  • Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Architecture with experience of 7-10 years
  • LEED Certification, Project Management Certification (Preferred)
