PROJECT MANAGER - OFFICE FIT OUT

Job Description and Requirements

we are recruiting an experienced Office Fit Out Project Manager, with previous work experience as a Project Manager in Europe, or an Arabic speaker.
Handling 3 - 4 high end office fit outs simultaneously, managing the project execution cycle in accordance with the programme and budget parameters and with the companies ISO Management System.

Manpower planning, performance management, staff training, HSE compliance all falls under the remit for this position.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have experience in Office fit outs and this needs to be shown on the cv, if you don't have Office fit outs, maybe retail fit outs would work but it is less likely. Please also make note on the cv if you are running multiple Office Fit Outs at the same time.

You will need to have a Technical Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Eng, Interior Design or Architecture.
