Job Description and Requirements

• Introduction of portfolio to target groups (architects, distributors, contractors)
• Consultancy of architects and designers for upcoming projects
• Specification of entire portfolio with priority on high value product segment
• Record and follow up all projects and activities via CRM tool (CAS, update 7)
• Coordinate upcoming projects with CM and BDM colleagues
• Participate planning and carry out of marketing activities
• Analyse and manage project database in conjunction with CM, PA
• Participate local exhibitions and architectural meetings
• Prepare project statistics upon request (won, lost, analyses)
• Plan and organize customer trips to Germany / Austria for plant visits
• Prepare customized presentations for clients (architects, distributors, contractors)
• Participate technical and commercial sales meetings
• Provide regularly project references (pictures, case studies, reports)
• Manage product or service claims with customers (pictures, reports, samples)
• Contribute to achieve individual as well as overall turnover and volume targets
• Regular reports about market activities to CM, RSM
• Coordinate print & online media marketing activities
• Prepare forecasts upon requests
• Conduct product training for distributor's sales team.

• Manage BNC project leads
• Secure long term demand for product brands
• Implement new developed products into the market

Candidate Profile:

Civil Engineer, architect, interior designer or equivalent
Experience in specification works for ceilings/interior finishing products
3/5 years GCC experience preferable
Self motivated, persistent and polite character
Team player, willing to work in a small team
Fluent in English, Arabic or German Beneficial
