Job Description and Requirements

we are looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Supervisor you will be responsible for generating all HR reports and providing accurate data by analysing and tracking key metrics, assist with compiling HR service and manpower budgets and provide support in data collection and analysis for the annual compensation review The successful candidate must be degree educated in HR, have 5 years comp and bens experience, 3 years in data analysis working with RP ( Preferably Oracle) excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS ecxel including  pivot tables, Vlookup and Hlookup
