Credit Control Manager

Job Description and Requirements

We are now looking for a Credit Control Manager responsible for optimizing cash collections and effective collections across the various business units.  The role requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and assist the Senior Manager in directing the department and managing the team members.

Job responsibilities include,

  • Review current process and look to improve/maintain collections
  • Take overall responsibility for maintaining TG LLC & TC Cash debtors’ database
  • Set monthly team targets
  • Assist and support the team with resolution of billing queries and how to avoid repetition of the same queries
  • Identify risk associated with debtors and proactively take measures to mitigate such risks
  • Personal development of team members and team building
  • Weekly debtors meeting with all business units
  • Assist with the implementation of aviation automation, multiple receipt downloads automation, and TG Cash billing automation
  • Review and maintain bad debt provision
  • Credit analysis of new clients


The ideal candidate will have,

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Good understanding of IT concepts and integrated business applications (Oracle)
  • Good working experience in an ERP environment
  • Proven ability of planning and priority setting for a billing department
  • A proven track record for improving process efficiencies and problem-solving
