Job Description and Requirements
Job Purpose:
To manage project documents to a higher degree of reliability for security, version, visibility, availability with a controlled reliable audit trail.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
  2. Manages the process of distribution of intenal & external correspondence.
  3. Ensures documents are kept in a categorized way for easy tracing.
  4. Check and improve documents before its filled to verify the accuracy.
  5. Provides system reports whenever required.
  6. Maintain and update electronic information system.
  7. Implement and carry out the company filing index.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum educational, professional and vocation qualification required - GCSE
  • Minimum years of relevant experience: 2-3 years
  • Good communication skills - English and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
