CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Job Description and Requirements
Job Resposibilities:
  1. To manage staff accountants and departments as they relate to the service of the financial reporting and transactional accounting of the company's partnerships.
  2. Applies principles of accounting to analyse financial information and prepare financial reports for multiple affiliates.
  3. Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
  4. Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
  5. Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  6. Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
  7. Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
  8. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
  9. Closing the books on monthly basis and accounting up to finalization.

Minimum Requirements:
  • CA qualified with at least 2-3 years post CA experience in handling big Group of companies
  • 2-3 yrs of industry experience in a construction or landscaping company
  • MIS reporting
  • Good management skills
