EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description and Requirements

Job Description:

  • Act as officer administrator to provide support on administration, IT, accounts and HR
  • Closely monitor the implementation of the Council's procedures and requirement on administration and accounts
  • Perform promotional duties and on-site assistance during TDC local events
  • Handle all translation jobs of mission catalogues, DMs, website, etc.
  • To support the team by coordinating and organizing secretarial / administrative workloads.
  • Arrange meetings if required.
  • Carry out all typing works required by RDMEA & DD including handwritten, drafts, reports and minutes of meeting.
  • Assist the Regional Director to liaise and coordinate with the Chinese government officials and business communities in the region.
  • Any other administration or promotional duties as deployed by the management in the office.

Job Requirements:

  • BS or BA graduation with minimum 3 years of experience 
  • Experience in office administration, knowledge in accounting is an advantage
  • Some background about local business environment in Dubai, such as business law and labour law
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with government bodies, multipliers and service providers
  • Hands on with computer, well verse in MS office with good knowledge on software and hardware.
  • Good in English language, Chinese/ Arabic speaking is an advantage
