Job Description and Requirements

Our client, a well-established laundry and Kitchen equipment Manufacturer & supplier is seeking to hire a skilled, qualified and experienced Project Coordinator

List of responsibilities:
* Having relevant experience in Industrial Kitchen Equipment field as ‘Project Coordinator’ is a mandatory.
* To coordinate all operations relating to the project department as directed by the project manager.
* Maintaining all documentations and correspondences related to the projects. Including but not limited to projects submittals, drawings, correspondences with customers, projects minutes of meetings etc...
* To assist the project dept. in preparation of projects and tenders submittals.
* Schedule the work for the installation and commissioning team and ensure that they are completing the projects according to the projects milestones and deadlines.
* To handle all coordination and correspondences with projects parties regarding the project work progress.
* Keep track of the situation of each project till handing over and update the ERP system accordingly.

Salary: UAE Dirhams5000 - UAE Dirhams6000 per month
