Sous Chef

Job Description and Requirements

Salary: 7k-9.5k + 5k housing allowance + service change
and tip + yearly ticket + medical
Working Hours: 48hrs for 5 days

Qualification: BCs in Culinary Arts
International approved Food Safety Certificate
•    Minimum of 2 yrs as a Sous Chef role with standalone / branded restaurant
•    background in different cuisine working with multi-cultural team
•    experience with managing relationships between suppliers
   locally and internationally
•    people management
