Executive- Marketing & Communications

Job Description and Requirements

We are currently looking to recruit a talented “Executive-Marketing & Communications” with a track record of driving creativity & Innovation and contribute to the development of collateral and offline marketing materials as well as awards and events communications. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in translating marketing strategy into effective, customer-facing communication to support sales. The enables the customer success teams to retain and grow the existing business using all communication channels in alignment to the business objectives of Transguard.

Responsibilities:

•Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. procurement) to support and drive Marketing campaigns & initiatives.
•Organize and execute a spectrum of events, including small B2B initiatives and high visibility functions (such as the Transguard Spring Ball)
•Assist with the production and execution of videos and photoshoots 
•Support the Marketing and Communications team in the development of internal and external communications, as well as the creation of offline collateral and online communications for Awards, Events and other specific campaigns.
•Raise PRs, follow up with POs and generally be responsible for processing the various expenditures of the Marketing team
•Act as the main point of contact for the business as manager and curator of the company intranet

Skills

•Highly organized, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible
•A holistic understanding of marketing and the sales cycle within B2B sales
•Excellent written and verbal communication 
•Knowledge of digital and social media
•Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
•Proactive and positive attitude

*Industry experience of 2-3 years in the UAE is essential*
