Director Cybersecurity Product Management

Job Description and Requirements

•Identify market opportunities and shifts in market trends that offer opportunities and threats to the existing business line •Define the strategy of the business line/portfolio aligned with overall ICT strategy •Create business plan and related P&L budget in collaboration with Finance Business Partners, SVP ICT Business, SVP ICT Ops •Accountable for end to end portfolio of business line PLM(ie. market analysis, inception, launch, uptake, monitoring, calibration and retirement) •Accountable for P&L and contribution margin level and overall performance of the ICT business •Ensure execution of business line roadmap as per agreed strategy and timelines •Continuously analyze business line requirements/needs and work towards revenue growth and development of the business line •Lead cross-functional team composed of direct and virtual reports in functions ranging from product marketing, presales, sales, solutions design, project management, and partner management •Accountable for the training materials of the portfolio and assist product marketing in the creation of the marketing materials •Continuously balance build versus partner for solutions and time to market

Qualifications, experience, and skills

Minimum Education:

•Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (ie. Business Administration, Engineering, IT, etc)  •MBA is a preferred


Minimum Experience:

•Minimum 15 years of total work experience in ICT related fields, specifically within Cybersecurity,applications and virtualisation •Minimum 5 years leading product teams during growth cycle of existing business unit •Proven Experience of product lifecycle management of product(s) •

Knowledge & Skills:

•Ability to think strategically and holistically •Deep knowledge of market trends related toCybersecurity business •Business owner / P&L mindset •Solid ICT business acumen with structured and analytical thinking •Conscious of long-term cross-functional cause & effect in key decision-making situations •Strong relationship management, cultural intelligence (CQ) and influencing techniques •Natural Leader and a “team player” •Good foresight and proactive solution finder
