Committee Secretary

Job Description and Requirements

Employment type: Full Time

Nationality: Emirates

JOB PURPOSE:  To carry out corporate secretarial works for

Board Committees and to provide professional support to the

General Counsel and Company Secretary in terms of executing

corporate governance and discharge board secretarial duties.

Minimum Qualifications::

Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Law, Literature, Arts or

any other similar or relevant fields.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 5 year’s experience in similar role in UAE in professional

firms (local / international), financial institutions, or public listed


Job- Specific Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent English commands (Spoken and Written).

Fluency in Arabic is an added value.

Excellent Computer literacy( Power Point, MS Word and Excell)

Communication skills, Speed tying skills( both Arabic and English)
