Job Description and Requirements

At least 15 years’ experience in the attractions or hospitality industry


Bachelor Degree Holder in Business Administration/Tourism/Hospitality/Education sector or MBA



  • Achieve sales team engagement score of at least 65%
  • Can demonstrate a full set of departmental processes and procedures that are approved by Business Excellence
  • Can demonstrate at least 3 new initiatives per quarter
  • Can demonstrate annual growth through b2b sales channels
  • Can demonstrate addition of at least 6 productive new sales partners and channels annually
  • Can demonstrate per cap achievement in line with the annual budget
  • Achieves an ROI of $15 earned for every $1 invested across all sales channels and products against the annual sales budget
  • To provide strategic vision and framework for the Sales Team
  • To ensure sales targets are established & communicated to individuals
  • To work with senior management to share overview & get buy-in to team’s priorities
  • To provide timelines and deliverables to ensure sales planning process is ongoing throughout the year
  • To create framework for the day to day functioning of the sales team
  • To own sales team processes & procedures to maximize efficiency of the sales team
  • To ensure team are aware of all company developments
  • To provide regular overview of sales team performance to ensure corrective action can be made when required
