Manager, Student Careers and Work Placement

Job Description and Requirements
Position Summary

The Manager - Student Careers and Work Placement is responsible to identify and secure placement opportunities for students and graduates. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for developing, executing, and increasing the visibility and support of a career development services programme for HCT students; this includes but is not limited to part-time and permanent employment, work‐study programs, and internship and externship opportunities. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible to oversee that continuous advice is provided to students on career-related matters.



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Business Administration, Counselling.
  • Full English and Arabic proficiency are required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
  • Minimum of six years of work experience in Student Careers and Work Placement with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
