Senior Manager, Academic Services and Advising

Job Description and Requirements
Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Academic Services and Advising is responsible to support students throughout their academic experience from admission to graduation; this includes, but is not limited to, admission and registration of students, advising students on their careers, scheduling of classes and exams, and maintenance of student records, in close coordination with Student Affairs Central Services. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to identify work placement opportunities for students within the campus.



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Business Administration.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, Banner, etc.
  • Minimum of eight years of work experience in Academic Services and Advising with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Academic Operations' strategy in alignment with HCT's system-wide strategy.
  • Support with the development and implementation of Academic Operations policies, procedures and processes and monitor compliance of subordinates.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual budget of Academic Operations.
