Job Description and Requirements

Our Regional Operations team ensure that all stores within the region comply with company policies and procedures and ministerial regulations. As an Area Manager within this team you will spend much of your time visiting stores to ensure our high standards are maintained and will act as a point of contact for retail operators and store staff for all matters around policy compliance and staff welfare. 


Our ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with a passion for retail who has experience in leading large teams and is looking for a diverse role that includes plenty of travel within a specified region. You will use your relationship building, planning and organising skills to solve problems and deliver results. Our store networks are growing year on year which provides opportunities for area managers to grow and develop in to operations manager roles.
