Job Description and Requirements

As a Senior Facilities Manager you will lead a team of Facilities Managers within a region to ensure the smooth operation of the Facilities Management function for new and existing stores, restaurants, warehouses and offices. In addition to team management responsibilities you will play a strategic role in forecasting, planning, evaluating and budgeting across the function to ensure an optimal and cost effective service delivery to internal stakeholders and controlled external vendor management.
