Executive Coach

Job Description and Requirements

As a successful candidate, you must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a HR-related discipline from a recognized and approved institution. An advanced degree is preferred. 

You must have at least 5 years of experience working as an executive coach.

You must have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position.

You are able to demonstrate a deep understanding of coaching concepts and their practical application in the workplace and have a minimum Coach Certification at ACC level (or equivalent).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one coaching for high-potential employees, as well as developing, mid-career, and senior Saudi Aramco leaders using proven, best-practice coaching methodologies. 
  • Demonstrate a deep theoretical understanding and practical experience of deploying a range of cognitive and behavioral change methodologies to help drive transactional and transformational change. 
  • Utilize a range of assessment tools such as work style questionnaires, business simulations, multi-rater feedback instruments (360s), and self-assessment inventories.
  • Provide thought leadership, advice, and expertise to business lines on matters relating to coaching trends and coaching best practices.
