Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Job Description and Requirements

At ZenHR, we are seeking to hire a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our amazing team! Following are the responsibilities and requirements for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Maintaining and expanding the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to on time and as agreed with the client.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key clients and Account Executives.
  • Maintain trust with clients and resolve issues faced by them.
  • Help in establishing service levels and share with the entire staff to ensure all clients receive the same quality of service.
  • Know the company’s products and services inside and out.

Job Requirements:

  • Holding a BA degree
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Customer Experience and Accounts Management
  • Experience in software solution providers/companies is essential
  • Proven track record of account management and dealing with key clients
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages
