Maintenance Manager - Tekzone - KSA WP

Job Description and Requirements

As a Technician Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations processes of the park. A significant part of the role will be to ensure that the park is maintained and presented to a consistently high standard, ensuring full compliance with all Health and Safety requirements meeting all local legislation, manufactures guidelines and best practice.

The role will be engineering-oriented; supervising a maintenance schedule through effective supervision of your staff as well as external contractors.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

  • Manage all maintenance related work delegated to department within the stipulated time
  • Achieves electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
  • Manage assigned work responsibilities within the respective budgets
  • Provide overall direction to supervisors and technicians on work responsibilities
  • Responsible for preventive maintenance (PM) program scheduling and implementation through own team and service providers.
  • Approve BOQs, technical specs/drawings for technical jobs
  • Support management and all stake holders in project works within the facility in stipulated time
  • Negotiate final pricing, terms, and conditions with service providers
  • Provide Feasible and long term technical solutions for perennial technical issues
  • Explore and recommend value adding opportunities related to maintenance overall service enhancement
  • Provide periodical reports and updates to the Line manager and concerned Operational Heads
  • Identify areas of improvement and aim to facilitate T&D (soft and technical skills) for each staff
  • Provide input to Operations on technical requirements (equipment and services) for annual CAPEX planning
  • Carry out facility site surveys in order to identify maintenance and HSE issues, and take proactive redressing measures
  • Meet with all operation head to understand their operation requirements and achieve their requirements for a smooth operation
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking material stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for electrical material; reviewing and approving invoices.

 You will have/be:

  • Construction or Degree based qualification
  • Familiar with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing equipment, with the ability to manage both an internal and external team, ensuring the park is presented to a consistently high standard and ensuring the safety of all visitors.
  • Management skills, establish PM programs, TPM, work ratio
  • Health and Safety regulations, management and leadership.

  • CMMS and other computer skills
